I stayed there because I was visiting my friend who lived two blocks away. I arrived at the hotel at mid-night and expected someone to help me with my luggage and parking my car as I have a 3 years old who have been travelling all day.
Unfortunately, there was no help in anything from anyone there. They even hid the luggage cart, so I had to ask for one to use!! Imagine having a 3 years old in your arm and then tried to pull the luggage cart?!? Not a family friendly hotel!!!!
Because of the above, I requested for a valet of my vehicle, the front desk person told me to drop off the car key to him. Since I failed to ask how much it was, I was quite shocked to find out that it was $35 when I checked out the next day! Incredibly bad experience. BTW: I am used to pay $35 parking in SF and $60 parking NYC, so the price was not the shocking part, it was the bad service for top dollar was the SHOCK. Stay away from this Delta and most Delta... « less

My review of the Delta is many words. Terrible service from the check in to check out. We had to wait to check in for almost 2 hours after check in time which was 3. Then the elevators were sooo slow we had to use the stairs all weekend which by the way were very dirty an smelled of urine. Room Service was very slow and their breakfast buffet that was included in the room was undercooked from the eggs to the bacon an pancakes. The room was dirty, not enough towels in the room, you only get 3 towels and the bedding they only change that every 3 days, on extended stays so if you want clean sheets bring your own. Maid service is slow and they need to relearn how to clean the rooms quickly. We went to a venue that we were watching and we left at 8:00 and returned at 2:00 and our room was still unmade. The front desk people were very rude did not say welcome or anything. If you love to swim better not do it on Sundays because the hotel has a contract out for a learn how to swin club. They took half the pool and then we some of other children tried to get their balls they yelled at them very very rude. What started out as a going to be fun weekend turned out to be the worst weekend ever. I would date Hannibal Lector and have him eat my brains than stay at The Delta Meadowvale at least Hannibal is a gentleman he says Please and Thank you and what can I do for you, in a timely manner. One more thing if you love to have a good nights sleep better bring your own bed as well, the beds there are made for children they are very small and hard to sleep on. « less
