Our property is located in the heart of the downtown area. The Hilton Montreal Bonaventure is a penthouse hotel with rooftop gardens and a heated swimming pool opened all year long. The hotel is just steps away from all major shopping malls, Old Montreal and all tourist attractions. The hotel is located above the underground city, subway station and train station.
Our Montréal Ballroom with 15,300 sq. ft is the largest unobstructed hotel ballroom in the city. Fontaine A to H, located on our banquet floor directly aross from the Montréal Ballroom, is a carpeted exhibition hall covering 20,141 sq.ft.

The roof top pool was lovely. In spite of the poor weather, I was able to comfortably swim my daily lengths, and it was pleasurable. When we booked the hotel, we hadn't realized that all the rooms were at the top of the building. The lower floors must be offices. Very quiet and no street noise. Also, an easy walk to Old Montreal and shopping on St. Catherine's and Art Gallery on Sherbrooke and Crescent. This was a business trip for my husband and leisure for me. « less

We stayed at this hotel for a three day conference at the beginning of May. During record high temperatures of 30C the highlight of our stay was the roof-top pool. Otherwise the hotel has updated finishes but was clearly laid out many years ago. The conference facilities and food services were average. When I discussed late check-out options with the front desk staff they were very rude. I was not impressed when both staff members sighed and rolled their eye at me when I asked, politely, why the late fees they referenced were double the quote I had received by email from the company. « less

Bar is expensive as well as the restaurant 2 glasses of wine a soup and a fish and chips for 72$.... I would recommend eating out, there are so many good and affordable restaurants in Montreal « less

This Hotel is located just in the heart of Montreal and you can reach everything almost by feet. Otherwise you just take Metro which is just down in the Hotel. Hotel itself has nice big and comfortable rooms with excellent Service and very friendly staff. Moreover it offers a really good pool and well equiped gym in case you have to do some sports ;) I can recommend it and would definetely come back in case I have to stay in Montreal again. « less
