If you are looking for a hotel that offers exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this hotel. I met Tony the front desk manager who made me feel that I was a valued customer. What ever I needed, he made sure it was taken care of. I faciliate for a major company and used Tony as an example of how customer service should be. This hotel is very clean, bed extremely soft and customer service is excellant. « less

Had to accomodate extra family members coming into town. I researched many extened stays to find the best one. I called to see if I could stop by to check out the hotel. I was welcomed warmly by the desk and was told to stop by anytime. I did, and was shown a room, I liked it so much that I requested it for my family when they showed and he made sure I got that particular room. Had a very nice room set up full kitchen comfy bed and couch. nice table and all was very clean. I highly recommend getting a room in the back of the hotel for very nice views of the skyline of Atlanta. It was beautiful. AAAAA+++++ also convenient to fun things to do in Vinings and cumberland area. « less

I have already booked another reservation for the end of April. I hope i get the first floor and even the same room or any rooms close to the end of the hall near the exit. There was absolutely no smell of cig smoke, that was the main thing that one me over because I do have astma problems. Checking in and out was very easy. Everyone in this area was very friendly and very respectful. People walking by would say hi and people open doors for you. The staff are very friend, helpful and upbeat. I can't remember the front counter person's name but he was very down-to-earth and that is the kind of person, not just nice and follows orders, every hotel needs. For the price paid, it was definitely worth it! The rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom has this beach feel to it because of the decore ^_^ love it. This will definitely be my frist pick for hotels when it comes to Atlanta. There are so many restaurants near by there are only a walk away. There is a grocery store also across the street. It is 5 min drive to Cumberland Mall and there is also an AMC, what a wonderful location. You also have less then 5 min easy access to 75 and 285. Nothing but positive things to say about this location. Thank you for the very pleasant stay. « less

We traveled often and on long vacations we like staying at an Extended Stay Hotel. This hotel is excellent. We liked the galley kitchen and the large, separate living room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Extended Stay Hotels have been around for many years and some are showing their age. We had to declined staying at several over the past few years because of their poor condition. I can say with 100% certainty that this place is a great place to stay for one night or many nights. « less
