Alicia and Kelsey at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They went out of there way to be accommodating! This is one of the ways to give someone an excellent stay. The rooms are clean and have kitchenettes. This is a real money saver. Next door you have a mega supermarket along with a coffee shop and pharmacy, Public transportation is convenient and can take you straight to downtown Denver. I feel this is the the best value per dollar you can ask for. This is 5th time that i have stayed here. A good staff does make your stay so much more enjoyable. Good Job! « less

This is a decent enough place to stay. It seems to have been recently updated. The hotel staff hadn't finished cleaning the room by 5 pm, and when they wrapped up, they forgot to provide towels. The worst part was the internet access. I really needed access to the internet for work and real estate research, but it hardly ever worked. I had to drive to the Supertarget and use the wifi there. « less

So my boyfriend and I booked a room at this hotel online, he got the confirmation email and we called the day prior just to make sure everything was good. The lady he talked to couldn't find our reservation using the confirmation number or his last name. She then asked if he was sure he called the right hotel, he told her he called the number that was included in the email for the hotel. She then had him read the address of the hotel listed in the email, which was the one we were calling. Finally she claims to have found the reservation under his first name.... idk how. The next day we showed up and checked in, everything was fine. We checked into our NON smoking room and it REEKED of marijuana smell. The smoke detector was sitting on the bed with the battery out and EVERYTHING in the room smelled like marijuana. The bed itself was hard as a rock, the pillows were worthless and flat. I'm not sure what size the bed was supposed to be but it seemed to be something between a full and a queen, but it def was not the size of a queen bed. Checking out the next morning was a pain, the lady at the desk seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. There was a lady in front of me that she was trying to help, without acknowledging me at all. I finally just stepped up to the counter and just told her I wanted to check out and could I just hand her my key, after standing there for 10-15 mins. She said oh yeah okay how was your stay. Like she just realized I was there. Def not a place I would stay again. « less

Despite some of the neighbors who can make the stay a slight irritation, you will find that the management here is well above the norm and do everything in their power to ensure that your stay here is on friendly terms and is a comfortable one. If a matter should arise, they are quick to pursue a solution especially if you show them the same respect that you may expect others to show you. They are friendly and take a personal stance on every issue as if you are family. No, it's not the swankiest pad in all of Denver, but if you're looking for a place that will actually consider you as a person (I would say do most of your business in the day for I've found that is when the staff is at its best) while you get back on your feet, then this is the place hands down. « less
