- While we are nearby these three major Valley of the Sun centers of business and entertainment, it doesn't end there. Mesa, Chandler, Glendale, Paradise Valley and other Phoenix Metro cities are all within easy reach, as well, due to our great access to a number of Valley freeways including Interstate 10, Interstate 17, Loop 101 and 202, and AZ Highway 143, also known as the Hohokam Expressway, which is less than a mile from our front door.
