It's awkward where to start here, The reception where we checked in was helpful and staffed 24 hours a day and the property looked in good shape, Our hotel room was recently decorated but furniture was damaged and the television was from the late 1990's so wasn't flat screen, not too worried there and as we checked in late we just wanted a good sleep, which was interrupted by drilling, we found out that balcony railing was being fitted on the floor above us and so the noise continued for the next few days, as for noise the room above us was often noisy sounding like they was moving furniture about in the night. I disliked that the key card for our room sometimes quit working. My wife paid extra to have her small dog there which she did take out for walks, the hotel manager commented that our room smelled of dog and that the carpet would need to be cleaned, she did pay $30.00 for the dog so in my view that would cover any cleaning if needed. Breakfast at the Quality was average, no variation while we stayed there. Earlier we stayed at the Ramada which not only cost less money but put the Quality Inn to shame in all areas. « less

After a 14 hour driving day ,it was nice to be checked in by the nice lady at the desk. Room was clean and well kept up. The bathroom was totally new and the bed was comfortable. The manager kept the breakfast stocked and was very friendly. Would stay there again if in the area. « less
