Pools were warm and clean. lots of convienences that we apprieciate. we did it all..swam in just about each pool, used indoor pool hot tub n sauna, bowled and ate at every onsite restaurant..plus hung out and listened to the d.j. for a a bit. shopped in the general store on the 6 th floor..i have to say NO complaints!!! Just a relaxed tropical feel without breaking our budget . Yes the kitchen appliances were a bit dated but who cares that didnt effect our great time or the wonderful service from all the staff we came across. we cant wait to get back. « less

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and loved everything about the hotel. The rooms, the view the karaoke and the easy access to the beach was awesome. Yes you have to pay for everything with either you room key or a credit card but that's cool cause then you don't have to carry cash with you especially if you go swimming in one of their many pools. I even tried some coffee from their on site Starbucks and Cindy the bar keeper can fix one hell of a cup of coffee. Even the breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay again, . « less

We have stayed at the Coral Beach Hotel for years. We have always loved the hotel and the services that they have available. They have implemented a new system, where you have to use your room key or a credit card to pay for anything you purchase at the hotel. That includes everything from purchases at bar, snack bar and the store. I did not like having to do this because I prefer to use cash so that I can budget my money. The new system also includes using your room key to enter the indoor pool which includes the restroom. This is not very convenient. We made our reservation early to get a good rate. We requested a smoking room, and when we arrived we were told that they no longer have smoking rooms. The change was made the beginning of April and our trip was at the beginning of May. We were not notified of the change at all. Not very good customer service. « less
