This will be the 3rd time we have stayed at the Signature. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious, all staff are sensational. Everyone wants to make your stay great! We love the choice of pools. They do have an adults only pool. Everyday our room was so spotless after housekeeping came that we thought we just checked in. Love the small kitchen in each unit. We like it b/c it is away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but not to far to walk to all the fun. For the price it is an excellent choice when staying in Vegas. « less

Although if I want that I walk down the hallway 5 minutes and its right there. Quiet relaxing pools and chill lounge spot that helps you unwind if that how you spend your vegas. « less

Let me preface this by saying we do not travel and much of what we saw as exciting may be no big deal for the seasoned traveler. That said...Wow what a great hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service and a genuine desire to provide us with anything and everything we needed. They just could not do enough to make us happy. We had a 1 bedroom suite on the 23rd floor in Tower 3 with a view of the strip. Just breathtaking, especially at night. The room was immaculate. Housekeeping was so thorough, cleaned the room and then a manger checked later to ensure our room was done to our satisfaction. They also vcame back to turm down the beds and draw drapes at night and left chocolate at the bedside. Such nice people.
The room was large. Kitchen was high end and a pleasure to be in. We had a nice living room area and dining table. Bedroom was great, lots of drawers and closet space for us. There was a safe. I enjoyed the TV that rose out of desk as I had never been around that. There were 2 bathrooms. One off the living room with a full shower and a large one with 2 vanity areas and a big jacuzzi and shower off the bedroom. Both were beautiful and it was nice having 2 showers. The walk from Tower 3 to the MGM Grand was fine for us, we loved all the walking we did and would choose Tower 3 again if we ever returned to Vegas. But I can see where someone might want to choose Tower 1 if walking was an issue. We ate many places but found the Signature Lounge our favorite quiet late night hangout for drinks and a meal - people were just so nice. The pool area was fine, fitness room was ok Just a terrific place to stay.
Signature One Bedroom Balcony Suite
Enjoy views of Las Vegas from the balcony of this 950-square-foot suite. The bedroom has 1 king bed with a pillowtop mattress, down duvet, and 300-thread-count Egyptian-cotton linens. The separate living room is furnished with a sofa bed and an LCD TV with a CD/DVD player. An iHome clock radio is also available. The kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero, Miele, and Bosch appliances. Wireless Internet access is included in the resort fee. The spacious marble-and-granite master bathroom includes a jetted tub, separate shower, flat-panel TV, and bathrobes; a second bathroom is just off the living room. All suites are non-smoking.
