My hotel stay was not a good experience. The hotel room smelled like a burning cigarette, the room next to me had people coming and going all hours of the night. The hotel room below me I believe had prostitutes and pimps working out of it. There was a fight outside my door between a lovers trio. The telephone in my room would ring every morning at 7 am even though I didn't ask for a wake up call. Finally, I didn't feel the hotel was very secure. « less

Outdoor area was very unkempt. Garbage on stairwells and in shrubbery. Door keys worked sporatically and needed maintenance person to attend. Stuffed chair was in a very impractical location and when moved it showed it was hiding where someone had puked on the wall. TV remote did not work till batteries were replaced. Bathroom was disgusting. Wallpaper seams covered with mildew and floor was dirty in corners. We asked to have our room cleaned but could not see anything additional done.. Kept getting repeated wake up calls even after telling the desk we did not want it. Did not appear to have gym that was advertised. Breakfast was minimal and rules regarding not removing food from area were not enforced for others taking plates of syrup and strawberry laden waffles for 3 back to rooms. Room did not have enough towels for 4 and when requested additional ones were stained. Furniture was in poor repair with knobs missing. We dared not use the coffee pot in room as it did not look clean. Ice machine on our floor broken and stuffed with garbage. Only positive is beds were comfortable but lack of sleep due to wake up calls. Finally left the phone off hook. Purchased Lysol spray and air freshener and had disinfectant wipes just so we would not have to move all our stuff and lose money that had been prepaid. « less

This has always been my hotel of choice on a yearly basis. My room was a non-smoking room and the entire room was smelling of smoke. The Comforter and blanket had cigarette burns all over. I picked up a skin infection. I was very disappointed with this stay. Yes I would recommend this location but now with reservation. « less
