La Quinta Inn of Bloomington is conveniently located at I-55/74 at exit 160. We have quite a few restaurants nearby including Cracker Barrel, Steak n Shake, Culvers, Fiesta Ranchero, Arbys, McDonalds, Wendys, Yen-Ching Express, to name a few. We are also located in close proximity to Interstate center, U.S Cellular Coliseum, Illinois State University, Illinois Wesleyan University, Red Bird Arena, State Farm, Mitsubishi Motors and Eastland Mall.
All the rooms have in room high-speed wireless Internet access, coffee makers, hair dryers and irons & ironing boards. Rooms with micro-fridge are available upon request based on availability. Our Grand Jacuzzi suites, nearly two times larger than regular rooms, feature a hot tub, microwave, refrigerator, sink and sitting sofa in addition to all the amenities of our regular rooms. There is ample parking space for every body.

We found this La Quinta in a publication called "HotelCoupons.com" that we picked up at an Illinois rest stop. It was only $78.00 with taxes for our family of four. We were first put next to a pretty noisy group so they kindly changed our room. The room was clean and updated. Breakfast adequate (no fruit or yogurt), but really the staff made this a memorable stop and we would stay again. Apparently it is very pet friendly. « less
