I have stayed here before and it was a pleasant stay but when I returned again I was very unhappy with the service and lack of friendly staff interaction and the breakfast bar is a joke. I did not find the room to be as clean as it could have been either. I would suggest that management clean the carpets or replace them all together. And to top it off when I checked out and was carrying my luggage out the door I seen several staff members and no one spoke to me or helped me out the door when they seen me alone with a two year old toddler. That's just disrespectful and made me feel very unwelcomed. « less

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and teenage daughter when we were traveling home from Florida. We booked the room through Priceline for a very low cost, but we were surprised at what we received for the money! We have never stayed in an extended stay room like this, and were were surprised at the size of the room. There is a full kitchen with fridge, countertop burners, and dishwasher. There were basic dishes and silverware. We were only staying for the night while passing through, but I could definitely see how this room would work well if you were there for several nights. The room smelled very good right when we walked in, like fresh fabric softener or detergent. That was a good sign! There was a couch with a pull out sofa, a king bed, a large closet, a recliner, and a small table and bar area. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on here, especially about fleas. We requested a non-pet, non-smoking room when we checked in, and there were happy to oblige. There was a nice flat screen TV noted in the middle of the room, but it was difficult to visualize from the bed. It was really directed toward the couch and recliner instead. Decor and furniture were older, but clean. Overall, this was a clean, spacious room and we would stay here again. The only downside of this particular location is the traffic noise outside. I would definitely ask for a room away from the main road! I would look for this hotel brand again if we needed a longer stay. « less

My gf and I stayed here Oct 25. We were surprised to see that the room contained a full frig., stove top, and dish water. But no more then 3min. into the room I came to realize that the room was TOTALLY INFESTED WITH FLEAS. Neither of us live with or even own pets for that matter. At first I thought something had bit me outside but after looking down I soon realized this was not the case. I would pulled one off and literally see another and another jump onto me. We immediatlely called the front desk. They acted like the problem wasnt serious be any means. They only said to return to the front and could get another room. When we returned, they were talking to someone else and didnt even acknowledge us what so ever, DIDNT SAY SORRY OR APOLOGIZE IN ANYKNID OF WAY, or even make eye contact. Just handed me the cards like "whatever." This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I can not believe that this hotel would allow pets and customers to be designated in the same rooms. No one said sorry, they were going to handle it, or nothing. PLUS, I booked my room online for a certain price and was told that I would recieve my money back from additional charges apon departure. Still havent received anything. I cant believe any establishment would ever do ANY customer like this. If I could report this to anyone higher than cooperate trust I would. « less

I stayed at this hotel about ten years ago and that's why I choose to stay here this time. Boy how things changed! The first thing I want to talk about is the smell of smoke because that's the first thing to come to my mind. It was so strong when we entered the building. The hotel is pretty ran through and dreary looking. The rooms are not properly cleaned and there are frequently groups of people loitering around the doors. We did have to bite the bullet and stay there for a week between homes, but I don't think I could bare it again. « less
