The hotel is a little off the beaten path and a little difficult to get it and out of. The parking area is also small so that can be a challenge if the hotel is busy. We had a room with a king bed and it was spacious with lots of room to stretch out however it needs some cosmetic touches like the walls, the grout in the bathroom needs cleaning and some of the furniture is showing wear. The floors in the room were absolutely filthy so bring your slippers and don't wear your nice white socks because they will turn black. There is no excuse for this kind of housekeeping. The breakfast area is very small so again a challenge with a busy hotel. The wifi was very slow a times and sometimes just did not work at all. Disappointing for a choice hotels property because the attention to detail is just not there and for the price it should be. « less

On our travel from Chicago to Baltimore we stayed in the Jacuzzi suite 210 It was Perfect! Big room and the tub a 2 person tub was big enough for both me and my husband to enjoy together. We are not small people. The set up 2 flat screens one in front of the tub and one by the bed was a pleasant touch. The shower OMG amazing!! We loved it so much we stayed on the way back home, this time we got room 214 same set up and same great service. We had a flat tire when we woke up Im sure due to the Baltimore roads but the staff was great at getting us phone numbers for local services, also let us back in our room after we checked out so we did not have to stay in the lobby... We will return over and over when we visit my mother in law in Baltimore. I was also guest of the day to my surprise! Received a nice gift bag :) « less

My wife and I spent one night here while attending a family funeral nearby. We stayed in a "King" Suite. Our king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was clean, very spacious with a writing desk, a pull-out couch, and other amenities common to Comfort Inn hotels. The window HVAC system performed well and was quiet, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The shower had plenty of hot water, and the plumbing and shower-head worked well. Breakfast the following morning was "basic." There were eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, coffee, and a small variety of cereals and some bread offerings. Not great, but not bad either. The lady attending the breakfast room kept things up, and was quite friendly. The motel staff was friendly and professional in general, and we had no complaints whatsoever during our stay. I have no problem recommending this motel to others! « less

First time visit to this location; used as a stopover while traveling from VA to OH. Room was very comfortable, but the design of the room (as well as the hotel in general) was a little strange to me. Everything was clean - room, bathroom, lobby, etc. Staff was very friendly; the evening Guest Service Representative who checked me in and the Breakfast Attendant in the morning treated me very well and had great attitudes. Wifi was acceptable, although difficult to access internet using both my laptop and smartphone at the same time. Overall, very good hotel to stay at. « less

I had to book this hotel last minute, due to a family emergency that brought us to the nearby medical center (in Beaver, PA)--and, happy to say, it was a VERY pleasant experience during a rough time (especially considering I didn't know the area or have much time to research hotels).
Modern, clean & spacious room. Excellent service from the front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast staff. The free breakfast was tasty and filling.
It truly put the Comfort in Comfort Suites.
My only negative comment is that the room didn't really strike me as a "Suite", but rather a good-sized double. There was no loveseat or separate seating area; but the room itself was big and had all the amenities I needed. « less
