Due to A/C problems, had to change rooms 3 times. Desk staff were very nice and apologetic.

Due to A/C problems, had to change rooms 3 times. Desk staff were very nice and apologetic. Beds were hard, sheet and mattress cover kept sliding off mattress every time we moved in the bed. Water pressure was good, with a shower massage that actually worked. I wish when anyone cleans a bathroom, they would close the door and clean behind it - yuck. « less

I checked into this hotel because I knew it was pet friendly and it was a Days Inn on my route. I got the the room and there were no towels and the phone line was cut, so I couldn't call the desk. I went back to the desk and got towels. The music from the bar was loud, so I tried to cover it up with the TV. The remote didn't work. There wasn't a working outlet to charge my phone and the room was dirty. So, I left. On the upside, the staff was very nice and apologetic and took the details so they could remedy the situation. « less

Now I know why there are only 2 other cars in the huge parking lot. If I hadn't prepaid on Bookit.com & already driven 11 hours I would never have stayed. The first room smelled so gross, was filthy & the tub was so bad neither of us would stand in it to take a shower! We went back to the desk & were told they only have 5 king rooms & they were reserved so we took a different room with 2 double beds. It smelled a little better & my husband did get in the shower but I wasn't that brave! AND I prepaid $13.62 MORE online than what the desk person said I owed for the king room. It's a nasty run down place. The mini fridge even has a half empty can of Pepsi in it. We will NEVER stay here again OR book anything on Bookit.com again! « less
