The only problem I had was the electrical work in the room. I was not comfortable knowing that there was a shortage in the socket and whom ever tried to fix it did a terrible job, need better curtains and the comforter should not have cigarrett burns on them. I understand it being a smoking room it should be better,also need more pillows. « less

When I first entered the no smoking room, I noticed odors of both smoke and musty stale air. I found the smoke smell coming from the bathroom vent system. The smoke smell got more noticeable by times, as if the smoke was being introduced ever 10 or 20 minutes. I believe a guest in another room caused the smoke smell and the vent system allowed the smoke to travel into my room. Closing the bath door with the vent running helped to reduce the smoke smell. « less
