My friends and I went for spring break. The room was very clean and surprisingly the beds were super comfortable. The service was blah. You can tell everyone there hates their job. Room service doesn't actually clean your room they just make up the beds. Location was perfect. Not a lot of traffic in the area, but still close to everything you may need to access. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was a last resort « less

When we checked into the motel, the man at the front office told us "Just dial 0 if you need any assistance." We assumed he meant on a phone that would be provided by the motel and we expected to find it in the motel, which we didn't. Also, when we walked into the motel we noticed of the lamps was missing a lampshade, which my friends I thought was very trashy, but we ignored. The days after we checked out of the motel and drove 13 hours home, I was charged $75 on my credit card for STEALING the motel phone and lampshade. What on earth am I going do with a motel phone and a lampshade??!? « less

When this guest notified us, after she had checked out and after the charges were made, that the phone was missing prior to her checking in, we conducted a very quick investigation with our housekeeping staff who confirmed that they took the phone out for repairs and didn't inform anyone.
We refunded the money that very day on her credit card along with an telephone call to apologize for the mistake.
We have taken steps to correct this so that it won't happen again.
