This hotel was extra clean, well laid out and the personnel was very friendly and welcoming. The luggage unload area was just around the corner from the front desk thus preventing the front entry congestion one generally encounters when checking into a hotel. The lobby, dining area, and business areas were also well designed, spacious, but all centrally located. The hotel is located just a block off the main drag so the traffic noise of this very busy town was not a problem. The hotel is also pet friendly and areas to exercise your pet were well located and equipped with waste pick-up bags and waste disposal containers. This hotel gets my highest praise and I am an extremely picky and well traveled person. Pigeon Forge is only 10 miles from Gatlinburg, TN and this hotel is worth the drive when traveling with or without a pet. « less

my husband and i stayed at the hampton inn & suites with our small shitzu and was very happy with the hotel everyone was friendly and helpful at the frontdesk. there was a nice area where you could walk your pet. would recomment this hotel to anyone with or without a pet. we will be staying at the hampton again on our next visit. « less
