The area wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also, breakfast and the pool were nice amenities. Thank you for a nice comfortable stay! « less

I stayed here while in L.A on business. I arrived at the hotel after a very long flight to L.A. The Garmin took me straight to it with no problems (the street has been cut in the middle, making two dead-end streets). Check-in was fast and friendly. The clerk explained the parking situation and gave me the codes for parking and wi-fi. Parking is in a secured garage next door. I felt very safe leaving the car there. Once inside, the hotel is in a square shape with a nice courtyard/pool area in the middle. Only one access (by keycard) to the rooms through the front area. As I was in the last room of the square, I had to enter the front, then walk all the way around inside the building to get to my room. If this is a problem for you, ask for a room closer to the entrance. Exiting was easier as there was a stairwell exit to the front (accessible from the inside only). While a little annoying, this was appreciated for security purposes. The room was very large and had a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop and coffee maker. This would have been convenient if there had been any utensils or dishes to use! :-) Since I was staying only one night, it wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so what more could you ask for? Breakfast was good with the usual hotel breakfast (did have make-your-own waffles). Check out was smooth and no problems noted. Overall a good stay. I give for marks instead of five because the surrounding area is a little sketchy. « less

Shuttle comes often but it is better to make a call at airport.
Parking was free and easy to find in structure.
Staff were very friendly and nice.
Wifi works perfectly
Free Breakfast was easy and simple with a lot of people but good.
I stayed in Comfort Inn LAX as well but this one was better, I felt more comfortable.

No complaints from me. The room was a nice big size. It had a small little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and stove top). The hotel staff was very friendly. There is also free parking at this hotel and free transportation to and from the airport. My room didn't have a balcony, but some of the rooms do and the balcony faces the pool. The location isn't that great though. I went to Mcdonalds and there were homeless people sitting in their with their shoes off. Ther are some shady people walking around, so I would suggest you stay inside the hotel and don't walk anywhere. « less

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is located in a court with a few others. Hotel was clean, and staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are big with full kitchens. Bed was really comfy and bathroom was extreamly clean. Pool area was also very clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were great. (Sausages, eggs, pastries, and fruit just to name a few.) Parking is in a gated parking garage, so upon check in I suggest unloading before you go find parking. Wifi was free and worked fine throughout the facilities. I would recommend and stay here again. « less
