We would like to offer our most sincere apologies for any mud and noise. A great percentage of our guests our working with companies performing gas drilling and pipe line companies. Unfortuanetly mud and dirt comes along with them. We do obviously vacuum daily as well as have the carpets scrubbed. It is our goal to ensure clean rooms for everyone and try to limit noise level as much as possible.

This was not a good room. My intentions were to stay two nights there but one was enough. Hard bed, dirty room, noisy, dirty entry way into the room, muddy stairs, must I continue. I've stayed several times at the Super 8 in Defiance, Ohio and thought this Super 8 in St. Clairsville, Ohio was up to their standards. I was very wrong. Cut my stay short to one night then went to another motel.

I should have known when checking in, grubby walls, aggressive male receptionist but affordable so continued to check in. Rooms, dark, dated but clean, internet fast. Breakfast variety good but un inviting area to sit so did not stay long. This group Wyndham has some work to do on standards this was not a place I would bring family, a workers rest area. « less
