My husband and I stayed here 3 nights while visiting family. We got a nice rate and the location was great. Our only complaint here is that although this has been a 100% smoke free property for months, we could still smell smoke in our room. After 3 days, it was in our clothes. Would stay here again if I could get a room that didn't smell like smoke! « less

I went to a concert in Dayton, Ohio and I stay at the Red Roof Inn @ 205 Fairborn. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend to everyone that this is an awesome hotel. I also want to say thank you to Dan and Mike Martin. These two guys was so nice and very helpful. When I come back up to Dayton I will be staying their for now on. Oh yeah, the price of the rooms are affordable and well worth it. « less

Thank you for writing a review for the property. I’m sorry you had to deal with the bad weather, but I’m glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us. I wanted to let you know about some restaurants all within a ½ mile to 1 mile radius of the property: Texas Roadhouse, Bob Evans, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, TGIF, Logan’s Steak House, and Long Horn Steak House just to name a few. Most of the restaurants are on North Fairfield Road which is right beside the hotel. Next time you come through town we would love you to stay with us again and would be more than happy to give you directions to any of the above mentioned restaurants along with many other options as well. We hope to see you again the next time you have lodging needs in the Dayton-Fairborn area.

This Red Roof is my go-to hotel for trips to the Dayton area. It has proven to be a dependable, clean place to stay and work. Dan Martin does a terrific job of keeping the place up; the front desk crew is always friendly and accomodating. The rooms are always in great shape, and as I said, very clean.
The speedway next store is also a plus- good coffee, open all the time. « less
