Stayed here for one night after all day flight from Rome. Hotel is old but a lot of thought has been put into making it clean and comfortable. We had a nice king sized room on the second floor in a quiet corner. The room had a lot of the amenities of a more upscale hotel like nice bed linens and bath towels, bathroom accessories, coffee/tea, etc. The pool looked inviting and the grounds were kept up. We did not stay for breakfast but the selection looked very good. « less

I have stayed in several best western plus hotels and have always been very pleased. This hotel however is old and in serious need of updating. Glad I was only staying one night. Staff was okay, but service didn't seem to be their top priority. Room is clean, but next time I'm in area will looking for something else. « less

We booked the hotel before our Caribbean cruise.on the advice of a friend. At first we hesitated as it is not close to any large shopping malls but it is close to the airport and even closer to the ships. The rooms are large and very clean. We had a King size Jr. Ste. non-smoking room with a wet bar and a bonus was having a clothes steamer. Good size closet, safe, sofa bed, extra chair and ottoman, desk and flat screen TV. They also would supply almost anything you forgot. The pool is large and the area surrounding it is pleasant with loungers and cabanas to sit in the shade. There's a fun open air bar next to the pool. We stayed on the 3rd floor and heard absolutely nothing from the outside. The special treat was the inclusive full breakfast buffet with everything you need to start your day with friendly staff replenishing everything as quickly as possible. They also offered transportation to and from the airport and also buses to the ships for $10.00 per person. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend hotel. The restaurant down the street called Miller's Ale House had great food and a huge fun bar. « less

We recently stayed at this hotel after taking a cruise, and am pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff of this hotel. In spite of a misunderstanding of their shuttle times, the staff provided an extra effort to satisfy our requirements. We needed to catch an early flight, but their shuttles only started at 5am. The staff apologized profusely, and attempted to rectify the situation.

This nearly started out to be a wrong place for us as something went wrong the first night which I will not mention, but one of the young men let us know to make sure we spoke to the Manager the next day, we did as he told us and it worked out fantastic. The pool here is great for families, nice and warm. There is shopping near by just take care at the crossing. IF you are coming from the AIRPORT CALL them to let them know you are there as the person picking you up will not take you even if you have the paper work and reservation number in hand. $5 person And $5 to the Cruise Port.
Much better than a taxi. Not many places to eat near by, Breakfast is included.
And yes for those going on a cruise there is a coin washer and dryer so you can do a load or two before you go aboard.
