Only 2 miles from Kings Island and it had a heated pool...a cute pond with a fountain, benches to sit around it and a hot breakfast that included biscuits and gravy. Also the beds were extremely comfortable. They also had $2 off Zoo tickets at the front desk...this hotel is perfect on a budget « less

I had reserved 2 rooms for May 17. What I did not know was there are regular rooms and "upgraded" rooms. We (my wife and I) needed 1 room for the May 16th so I called back to add 1 night requesting the same room for she and I on the 17 so we would not have to move; this did not happen. We were given what I would call a contractor room on the 16th. There were stains on the carpet and no micro/fridge. The second night went considerably better Both of our rooms were ground floor pool side complete with cleaner carpets and micro/fridges. The staff were very vary polite and quite helpful. The breakfast was excellent everything was fresh and the dining area was clean. If you want waffles there is only 1 griddle so be prepared to wait. I had requested a late exit and the staff allowed it; Thank You! We have to go back to the area in June and we have already made reservations at this motel again. « less

Luckily we only slept in the hotel for 8 hours. If we had to spend anymore time in this room I would have been irritated. It wasn't overly dirty, but it wasn't very clean. The water temp changed frequently while showering. And the other guests were very loud outside late into the night. Like all of them, it sounded like a block party. I didn't trust to leave anything in the car. I didn't feel very safe. But nothing bad happened. So so. « less
