The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The room smelled bad, alarm clock did not work, TV was fuzzy, the pool was grungy and cold, the hot tub had stuff floating in it and was ice cold. It was disappointing as we specifically sought out a hotel with these amenities and we were not able to use them. The price we paid warranted a much nicer establishment. « less

Decor, bedding, and furniture were extremely outdated, worn, and falling apart. TV had constant static. The security lock on our door was broken and the wall behind the door was busted in, appearing that someone had busted in the door. The hotel smelled poorly. We were given a room next to the "central common area" and people walked in and out of it all night slamming the door. I called to ask if the pool was functional and was laughed at and told "yes." The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not functioning and had sand in it. The breakfast was gross. The staff was helpful when we checked in, but the staff leaving while we were checking in had her child with her behind the desk. The staff in the morning was rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean enough that I was willing to stay for one night but you could tell where painting had been done poorly in the room. A broken piece of wood was being used as a block in our window. We will not be trusting to stay in a Travelodge again regardless of price. « less
