Stayed at the Ramada Cleveland Airport West hotel for the 2nd time is as many weeks. Both stays were pretty much the same. Rooms were clean, everything I needed was there and worked. Staff were nice. First time there my room had a small fridge, second time it didn't. That would be my only complaint, but the ice machine worked, so no big deal.
The bar in the hotel is fine. Good food reasonably priced and staff there were very nice. On a Friday or Saturday night you would probably want a room further away from the bar for obvious reasons.
The breakfast is just the usual cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, juice, and coffee. I wanted a cup of tea but the hot water was barely lukewarm.
No major complaints, I'll stay there again next time. « less

The hotel wasn't absolutely awful, however they advertise that they have a free shuttle to the airport but never say anything about having to pay for parking. We check in and the lady asked about parking and said that I can pay the front desk but they take cash only and that I had to leave my keys with them until I was gone. Seems pretty strange that they took cash only for parking. If I would have known I had to pay for parking I would have never stayed at the hotel and just drove straight to the airport and paid to park at the airport. Or I would have used ParkSleepFly to get a better rate on a hotel including parking. Also the hotel was pretty noisy

I did internet research and this was definately a bed bug. This place has a rude staff besides the bedbugs. Stay someplace else....even if it costs 10 or 20 more. This place is a rip off. « less
