Welcome to Best Western Pine Tree Motel!
The Best Western Pine Tree Motel motel is known for its clean, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms and beautiful garden setting. There is plenty of space for lounging in our large, gated pool area.
There are many good and reasonably-priced restaurants nearby. We are close to many attractions in Southern California, but in a country setting. Chino is a highly productive agricultural area only 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The Best Western Pine Tree is just six miles west of the Ontario International Airport. Our staff speaks English some Spanish.

I had been traveling for 2 hours from San Diego and was supposed to be comped a room at Hotel Chino Hills and got treated badly (long story, don't ever stay there!!!). I ended up making my way to the Best Western where I encountered Imelda (hope I am spelling that right). She was nice and professional from the first moment I encountered her. The room I originally wanted wasn't available, but she gave me something equally as nice. I have stayed in a few hotels in the Chino area and this Best Western is the best one so far. It is clean and economical. My only gripe would be the water pressure in my shower head. Their bathrooms are a little out dated, but the room is cozy with a flat screen. I had two beds in my room so I had plenty of room since I was traveling alone.
This hotel is in a good location. Freeways, food, shopping. Very convenient.

iT WAS TO CELEBRATE MY 62nd Birthday - Me and my fiancee Mark - Thank you Keith Schoen, Manager Pine Tree, Chino for the nice little gift ! He made our stay very nice & enjoyable!!
I enjoyed the room upstairs but I have injuries from a bad car accident back in the 1970's so will have to stay on the first level next time (Mark enjoyed the rooms downstairs the other times we stayed!)
Thank you also to Housekeeping - they made our stay comfortable!

This is the typical motel with outside corridor and car parked in front of your room. We had a room with a parking spot parked parallel which is kinda neat. The room arrangement was a bit odd with the way the beds are arranged, we kept bumping into the side of bed or the wall when we use the bathroom. The rooms were a bit small, but clean. The rooms did have a smell of cleaning agent (something like Ajax) and the smell goes away after a few minutes, but you will be reminded when you return to the room after going outside. The breakfast is in a small room. Your usual continental fare... nothing special. The beds are comfy. The pool was NOT heated... It was VERY COLD! The hotel staff was very helpful. We checked out early and left our luggage with them to see a local attraction and they were very accomodating. Overall, this motel served its purpose but nothing spectacular. « less

I had one of the worst stays of my trip. First they are reprinting the entire hotel which is good but not in winter. They put me in a room just painted that made me sick, I had to sleep with the windows open and the heat off, I was able to get into another room the next day but as with the first the tub covers creak with every movement and you can hear the same from half the hotel guests showering, at 6am you are awaken by the noise of creaking tubs by you. The night shift sits and nits while watching I guess u tube on the computer. All in all its a very nice, clean and updated hotel at a reasonable price but lacks professionalism and fore thought especially in regards to painting rooms in winter and the cheap plastic tub overlays. 100 channels are nice but it would help to have a list posted of the channels so you do not have to surf for a hour to find CNN. Next time I will stay somewhere else. Not recommended at this time but I am sure they will resolve their issues « less
