Booked the hotel room with no hesitation, I was staying for 7 nights and needed a place that wouldn't break my bank account. The check-in process was easy, I was even able to get the three rooms I booked right next to one another. My room was clean when I entered, the only complaint I have is there was some trash shoved under the bed from whoever stayed there last. The location was great, considering every day I was there I was commuting to the Naval Base, and it made getting around a breeze. The staff at the desk even recommended things for my family and I to do while we were out there. I am moving to Illinois in about three weeks and will definitely be staying there again while I wait for housing! « less

Nice astaff but management is not doing its job. They have a captive audience as it is in a large office park. « less

We stayed at this place for two nights for my brothers boot camp graduation. Upon arrival we were given 1 towel ad 1 wash cloth and informed that if we needed another we would have to come down to the office (during office hours of course) and trade it for another. When we got to the rooms we found ripped hokey blankets and the blankets had masking tape on them. We were also not given any soap or shampoo to take a shower. When I called down to get some shampoo I was told that they normally don't give it out but they would make an exception "just this time" --wow we sure got lucky there!!! The bottom line is if your gonna stay here bring your own necessities, toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoo! « less

The staff at Crosslands has always been helpful during my stay. Anytime there was a problem, I would call the front desk and my problem would be solved immediately. Also, Margaret is very resourceful, and a joy to talk to. The maintenance guys are helpful, too. Anytime I've scheduled maintenance checks, I can depend on the staff to get things done correctly.
I would recommend Crossland Studios to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. « less
