Given the price we were more than pleased with this hotel. Our room was reasonably large and very clean. The only downside is the lack of elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Nearby restaurants are limited so would suggest stopping for a meal before arriving at the hotel. « less

We found this Econo Lodge while traveling back from from NC to FL. Decent neighborhood, very clean and you enter your room from indoors instead of an outdoor entrance. roomy and comfortable. Fair breakfast, prefer even McDonald's but a good eatery near by. (See review of Zackery's) Upgraded interior but though the bathroom was upgraded the shower head was so high it dribbled water. The pressure seems very good but a poor combination of head and height. We prefer total darkness while sleeping and we bordered the parking lot which was well lit. The window coverings could have been more adaquet to block out light. It had a room safe but it was non-functional. When I brought these to the attention of the desk they seemed appreciative of the observations. We would stay again but would give it an additional star if the things mentioned were addressed. « less
