The airline put me up in this hotel. To be fair, there's some strong competitors for lodging in and around O'Hare airport, but this place is pretty run-down and dated. It basically looks like several coats of paint are the only upgrades it has had in the last 10-15 years. There are still CRT televisions in the rooms - but then I was thinking... If they upgraded them to flat-screens, someone would probably steal them. « less

My husband and I did the park and fly with this hotel on 5/1/13. When we got there we were given our room key and sent on our way. When we opened our the door to our room there was a male masturbating in there!!!!!!! We went and told the lady behind the counter and she acted like it happens all the time and said they are having issues with people renting the rooms out off the books to make extra money! We were told that we would get a refund, today is 5/9/13 and we have not seen any refund. I have contacted the manager there at least 5 times today and they keep saying he will call back in 10-15 min. He has not called me back. I have contacted corporate about this but just want people to be warned about the service and what we went through! Plus the cops ended up at the hotel the night we stayed there! « less
