This is for an annual team meeting. We will need to have separate meeting and dining rooms. The meeting will be on 3 out of the 5 days of our stay, Thurs, Fri, Sat- meeting days. We would need to have all our meals at the same facility. We would need breakfast, lunch and dinner provided for the 3 days of our meeting. The other days are free days where the team members may choose to go out on their own for meals. We want an upscale, clean modern hotel that is in a good location in Brussels. Food catering at the hotel must also be top notch. |
