Dear We are a trading company planning a convention of 48 people Jan 27-Feb 02,2012 (dates maybe altered a bit). Facilities needed: 48 rooms with single occupancy, prime conference facilities and meeting spaces. The room types preferred – doubles (king/queen-size, for approx. 38-40 pax) and suites (incl. the best in range, approx. 8-10 pax). The info on - Room availability - the room rates (standard & suite) in USD - airport proximity - the airport transfers (VIP options included) and the respective rates - the meals included into room rates (we want them to include breakfasts and lunches, if possible) - reservation terms is highly requested. |
