The Brannen House, located adjacent to the main house, was built in 1881, and is the oldest structure in Bulloch County still in use. Our private guest cottage, located at the rear of the property, is the site where Statesboro's own, Blues Legend, 'Blind Willie' McTell is rumored to have penned the Allman Brothers hit, "Statesboro Blues". If our walls could speak, they would have over 120 years of history to discuss.
Our grounds include a Koi pond, a fountain, gardens, a large furnished screened porch, a balcony over looking Downtown Statesboro, and a huge furnished outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon glass of iced tea.
