I made a reservation with Best Western and was directed to the Red Roof Inn. The motel area was very dirty. and staff was rude at check in. I had prepaid, so no problem checking out. Wasn't able to find a handicapped parking space near the room and in the morning, my car was standing in water. Feet got wet getting into my car. A, plus I had a good bed.

We give he the building # and told her what was surrounding She was nice and agreed BUT it was a different Red roof Inn We ended up paying for a different RED ROOF INN and also paying for the one we wanted Wasn't happy about that Our $$$$$ doesn't come that easy Very disappointed in that situation.

I have never seen such a pit in my life. We called from the road and booked a room, big mistake! I was always happy with a Red Roof Inn and thought they adhered to a certain standard, boy was I wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked out the room, the bedspread was dirty and I don't believe the sheets were changed. We couldn't get out fast enough.
