The Brandywine Suite is a 500 square foot boardroom suitable for meetings of up to 16 people. The room is furnished with a custom boardroom table which houses the electronic controls and connections for the installed equipment described below. Seating is provided in matching leather “8 hour” executive armchairs. Two seven-foot matching sideboard cabinets house audio/video equipment, office and recording supplies, and meeting amenities. Engineered color-matched lighting with infinitely variable control provides the perfect setting for any type of meeting or audio/visual presentation. Decoration includes framed Winterthur prints of the Revolution period, and luxurious and colorful wool carpeting. A private restroom is accessible from the meeting room. If desired, an adjoining business class deluxe hotel room may be added to provide a rest area, breakout, or staging space. The Meeting Room is equipped with an extensive array of videoconferencing, recording, and audio/visual equipment. Installed equipment includes: • Polycom ViewStation FX Videoconferencing System with Sony Video Camera • Polycom Visual Concert Audio/Visual Integration System • Polycom Tabletop Room Microphones • Polycom Sound and Conference Call System • Elan Touch screen Controls • Fujitsu 50” & 40” High-Resolution Plasma Monitors • HP Windows XP and Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator on the HP Laptop PC • Elmo Document Camera for Projecting Paper Documents, Overhead Slides, and Objects • 12 High-Speed Internet Ports, 12 120V Receptacles, and 4 Telephone Jacks at the table • HP Color Printer, Copier, Scanner, and Fax • Cordless Telephone and Auora Shredder • Tabletop Podium, Easel Pads, Whiteboard and Projection Screen • A Complete Selection of Office Supplies and Recording Media Use of the installed Meeting Room Equipment and Supplies are included with the room rental. There is no charge for local and toll-free telephone calls. Long distance charges are additional. Videoconferencing is offered under a separate price schedule. We also include a Deluxe Continental Breakfast in the morning, and morning and afternoon meeting beverage breaks at no additional cost. A variety of catered meals ranging from convenient deli sandwiches to fine dining are also available.
