This was supposed to be a return stay for me. Unfortunately, this time was a disappointment — and I didn't even get to stay. I had to cancel my reservation on or around April 6, well in advance and within the required timeframe. Despite that, the cancellation process was far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication was poor and the level of service I encountered fell short of what I expected — especially since I didn't stay as guest. What should have been a simple, routine cancellation turned into an unnecessarily complicated experience. I value consistency and reliability when choosing where to stay and this experience left me second guessing whether I'll return to this property in the future or at any Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Located in the heart of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex our Lewisville, Texas location features easy access to nearby Vista Ridge Mall along with being accessible to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment options.
