I did have an issue with the garbage truck emptying the dumpster early one morning that woke me up. Otherwise, it was a relaxing trip and nice experience. « less

My wife and I come here every May and October for our birthdays. The hotel is great and of course being a Embassy Suites there is the 2 hours of the manager’s reception and then of course the breakfast buffet what else can you say about that. I love that your window in the front room over looks an atrium so it is very open your are not looking into a hall way. But the other attraction is it is located in uptown where there is a waking path around the lake just out front of the hotel where they have bands and groups singing on Friday nights. Also a part with a fountain for the kids that rises and drops and there is a gate with statues holding a glob of the world that is lit up at night. Uptown is a little village you can walk to from the hotel and has a few restaurants and a few shops for shopping. « less

I have stayed at this property on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The recent remodeling has the place looking fresh and new. There is an Omaha Steakhouse and lounge on premise and dozens of dining choices within minutes of the hotel. Nice indoor pool and well equipped fitness center and Gold's and Lifestyle Fitness nearby. 15 minutes to downtown Orlando. What more do you need. « less

We chose this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast. We were told that breakfast would be served at 7 am when we made the reservation. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out that breakfast was being served at 7.30 am. My daughter was unable to enjoy the breakfast as she had to be at a swimming meet by 7.30 am. « less
