Our legendary hospitality has attracted a whole host of celebrities to our Baltimore hotels, drawing distinguished guests from the football field to the baseball diamond, from Broadway to Hollywood. And today, the Tremont Plaza still offers the only all-suite Baltimore hotel conference facilities in the Inner Harbor area. Our staff recognizes that sophisticated travelers expect luxury and convenience, but they also appreciate comfort and space. Our Baltimore Maryland hotels present them with style that's cosmopolitan without being ostentatious, and a staff that responds graciously to almost any request imaginable. The Tremont Grand - our adjacent meeting and events venue offers historic elegance, charm and majesty in her 45,000 square feet. Marble, stained glass, fine tapestries and ornate detailing can be found throughout this 19th century gem, originally the Grand Masonic Temple of Maryland. Steeped in lore and tradition, this building is a must-see in the region.

Did a 2 night stay at the hotel May 7-8 2013. **construction** was being done at this time. I believe this is why I found the 50% off each night stay on Expedia. Even with the labor going on I was still pleased with the stay. the hotel check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. We were on floor 32. had a 1 bedroom queen size room. Extremely spacious with a large screen TV mounted on the wall, that can be watched while in bed or tilted the the other side where couch is. The kitchen was in its own room, with counterspace to prepare a meal and clean-up easily. Small fridge & microwave were handy also. Bathroom was very clean and updated. (NO mildew) lol.. The shower had good pressure and the water was nice and hot . We slept well on the bed. No issues:) Good place to see if you have business or need to be in the city for a personal reason. FYI...bring your own snacks...the store downstairs is $$$$. « less

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a boat trip. We decided to stay in the area and I was VERY pleased. The hotel is undergoing renovations but I wasn't inconvenienced at all. I was placed on the 33rd floor with breathtaking views of the city. The suite was clean, modern and had all the amenities, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker etc. The shower was hot INSTANTLY and stayed that way until I was ready to leave (I had to be pulled out) :-)
The staff was friendly and helpful; check in and checkout was a breeze! Parking was incredibly reasonable. For the price I paid...THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!!!
The hotel made one snafu, I left an item in the room (a dress) after check out and immediately called and inquired about the item. The snail-like response of the housekeeping staff in responding was irritating, The housekeeping manager's phone ALWAYS goes to VM. Additionally, when I finally did speak to upper level staff, they would say they would investigate and never call back. I checked out on Sunday and it was Friday before someone called me back to tell me that the item (which I suspect housekeeping kept or threw into the garbage to avoid having to log) was no where to be found. That really affected my opinion of the staff that I thought was so pristine before...ANYHOO it is a great place, just don't leave anything there or you might as well count it as a loss. « less

My wife and I took our boys to Inner Harbor for a trip to the aquarium and chose the Tremont. the scaffolding outside and temporary check-in made us nervous at first, but were we wrong. This hotel is gorgeous. the grand rooms and meeting rooms are architectural marvels as this was once the Grand Masonic Lodge of Maryland. the staff was the friendliest that I have encountered in quite some time. Also, piece of advice, park in the neighboring St. Paul garage, the fee is only $13 per day as compared to the $36 valet. « less

Beware hotel rooms looks nothing like the pictures online and they're in the process of renovating. When we first arrived we were put into a junior queen suite and we paid for a king suite with sofa bed which is a much bigger room. When they finally put us in the correct room my fiancé went to the bathroom the number one and as he flushed the toilet poop from another room came up which was very disgusting. Walls are really thin could hear the music and talking from the next room, Which made it very hard to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the sofa which was on the other side of the room and extremely uncomfortable. The only positive thing I can say is that the shuttle driver that drove use to the Harbor was really nice. « less

After visiting DC, we decided to take a train to Balitmore for the day. This hotel is currently being renovated. I honestly didn't even look at the exterior so I didn't see what the others were complaining about. It was a rainy day so I just hurried inside. I checked in earlier than the check-in time without any issues. The room was huge and modern! There was two comfy queen beds with lots and lots of pillows. There was a small kitchen with a microwave and the living room was spacey. The bathroom was small but not an issue at all. I really enjoyed my one night stay. The location was perfect. We were close to the harbor and walking distance to many areas of Baltimore. Note, due to the construction, the water did not work from 11-2 (times not sure?). It didnt effect me since I was out and about those times. « less

"Yes, this was so easy compared to our last reunion, where we went from one hotel to the other to get information. Our guests loved the free breakfast. Thanks!" B.B. - Tampa, FL
"Everything went smoothly and we got such a great rate that nearly everyone in the wedding is coming up to stay the night before! That's about 40-50 people so we needed extra rooms and Serge has accomodated us with this all at the same low price." S.M. - Sacramento, CA
