Driving Directions - Lausanne Palace & Spa

From Geneva International Airport (GVA):
Distance to the Lausanne Palace & Spa is 40 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The airport's train station is a 300 metre walk from the Arrivals and Departures floors. Trains link to destinations across Switzerland. All trains stop at the central Geneva Cornavin station, and departures are approximately every 20 minutes. Single tickets cost 5 CHF. Bus number 10 runs every 10 minutes to the city centre. Bus number 18 runs every 30 minutes to the United Nations building. Single tickets cost 2.20 CHF. Aero Ski Bus serves many French ski stations, and tickets can be purchased at the airport. Taxis wait in the terminal. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is located in the Place Saint Francois, which is the centre for local transport in Lausanne. The lake area and the Old Town, just opposite the train station are best explored on foot, but some of the best views of Lucerne and the surrounding area can be seen from a boat.
Driving directions. From Geneva Airport:
Take the motorway towards Lausanne.
Continue on to Lausanne Sud.
At La Maladiere follow signs to the centre of Lausanne.
Continue on to Place St Francois, where the hotel is located.
