Kalahari Ballroom

The Kalahari Ballroom is divisible into as many as eight sections. It features four oversized drop down wide screens and built in "from the ceiling" projectors. It has been home to Corporate Food and Trade Shows, all day Conferences requiring rear screen projection or incorporating dramatic staging and AV, Dance and Cheerleading Competitions, and Social Events with and without Bands. The smallest it break down in size to is 40 ' by 50'.

There are four Jamaadi Huts. Jamaadi in Swahili means gathering. These are uniquely shaped (octagon) and feature warm African colors with a lighting feature including 9 Ostrich Eggs imported from Africa. The windows are tall and narrow and compliment the authentic African decor. Three of the four are located off a hallway that is replicated from a natural village setting... perfect for a traveling reception. One, the Banyan, offers a built-in bar area as well.

The two Board Rooms are Ebony and Empress. Each features a permanent hand carved Board Table with computer, teleconferencing, and electrical built-in. The drop down screen and built-in projector is controlled from a master control panel which can sit at the head of the board table. African art and decor dress both rooms and a back entry doors allows for break and roll in lunch service with minimal interruption of the meeting.
