Hotel Features. The Caribe Hilton San Juan is the only resort with a private beach in San Juan. The hotel provides 10 dining options including the Madrid San Juan Restaurant and Tapas Bar. Lunch and dinner menus feature Spanish and Puerto Rican hot and cold tapas, paella, Galician seafood stew and various seafood dishes. Morton's of Chicago is a branch of the famous Midwest steak house that specializes in prime grade beef. Starbucks coffee offers whole bean coffees and espresso beverages. A business center offers fax, photocopy and print services. Wireless Internet access is available in hotel hot spots. An expansive three level outdoor infinity pool features a swim up bar. A 12,000 square foot health spa features an outdoor spa café, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation lounges. Treatments include water massage, Ayurvedic massage, and salt and coconut oil scrubs. The spa's complimentary fitness center features cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and free weights. A seasonal children's camp offers activities including access to two playgrounds and a video game room.
Guestrooms. This hotel offers 812 air conditioned guestrooms distributed among three cream colored towers of eight, 10 and 20 stories. Décor features honey colored furnishings and ergonomic swivel chairs. Rooms include minibars and coffeemakers. In room safes are provided. Marble vanity bathrooms contain tub/shower combinations or separate tubs and stall showers. Accommodations are equipped with cable television, and high speed Internet access is available for a fee.
Expert Tip. Located adjacent to the resort's swimming cove, a 100 foot pier is a great site to catch panoramic views of San Juan's evening lights.
