Staff friendly and helpful. They run a free shuttle to the airport if required Excellent value, much like the UK's Premier Inns. « less

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel which speaks for itself. My flight from the UK arrived at 11 pm. Within 50 minutes of landing I passed through immigration and customs, was picked up by hotel minibus, checked in and hit the pillow.
The hotel is very efficient and the staff extremely helpful. They contacted my car hire company the next day to arrange a pick up.
The rooms are large, clean and offer everything you need for an overnight stay.
Rates are very keenly priced. If you need a no frills airport hotel at Auckland this is well worth a look « less

Stayed a the Bella vista for one night, I arrived at 11.45pm after three long flights, when i got to the room, I was very disappointed to find that the bed linen was dirty and stained, did take photos ( looking back at past reviews cleanliness has been and still is an issue) I had to sleep on top of the single bed in the room. It was also very noisy from the road out side the Motel. ( Which was all i needed after long flights) I went to use the wash hand basin, in the morning and the tap head came of in my hand.
