Very clean hotel with wonderful and pleasant staff. Rate was fairly reasonable. Paid about $85 with taxes. Almost $40 cheaper than Express. Only problem is that it's not visible coming from North bound, but once you find it you will be very pleased with it. Walking distance from Wintzell's Oyster house and Ruby Tuesdays. « less

Enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. Property was clean and updated. Room was large, but somewhat narrow. Liked the half wall between bedroom and couch/sitting area--added a bit of privacy. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Water pressure could have been better, but was adequate. Breakfast was typical, but the waffle maker was not working. Clerk at registration desk really needs some customer service tips, but was adequate. Area has nice restaurants, fast food, and a WalMart close by. Would stay there again. « less

Thank you Saraland Comfort Suites for offering clean rooms, great hosptiality at the front desk, and a good breakfast. The interstates took us more quickly tha expected towards New Orleans, LA so we made a late afternoon adjustment to a new motel, choosing to go a couple hours closer towards New Orlans, for our next day arrival. The Front Desk at the Comfort Suites was accomodating in selecting for us a room away from the I-65 frontage, and giving good directions off of the Interstate at Exit 13, as well as identifying our Best Rate options. My husband and I went to visit our daughter at the university of mobile and we stayed at the comfort suites. That's a beautiful hotel, and it smells fresh. the rooms are very spacious, very clean and the beds are soo comfy . The continental breakfast was excellent . The staff was friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay. I would defenitly stay again in this hotel and would recommand it to anyone. « less
