Over all it wasn't bad but your morning desk clerk, a man with a mustache, did not make me feel that I wanted to return. When I asked why the bill wasn't at the room with paper as had been done in the past with Hamptom Inns. He was very quick to wave the question off with " oh that was the other chain!! In other words don't expect it from us. Also, if you offer coffee why aren't there any tops for the cups!! Small issue but a big deal to coffee drinkers was disappointed since we usually stay there, at least twice a year. « less

We booked this hotel on a visit to see our son at Syracuse University. It's an easy 10 minute drive to campus. We typically stay in nicer (4 star or above) hotels, so I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean. The bedding was comfortable. The workout room was adequate. The breakfast was good, but we were there on a busy weekend and the selection of food started to run low at about 8:30 am. The staff was friendly and helpful. This property was formerly a Hampton Inn. We would stay again for the low price we were able to secure on Priceline. « less

The facility was fine. Seemed clean enough. Free coffee throughout the day in the lobby. I would just advise the nice people at the front desk to warm up to the guests a bit. Looking up, greeting, smiling when a guest is coming or going is huge. To be clear, NO ONE was nasty or rude. All were polite. But no one exhibited the customer service that I normally see in a hotel. Again, nice folks, but it was obvious that there was no training in customer service. I lay this in whole at the feet of the hotel manager. I would suggest uniforms also. « less
