Newly Opened in May 2009 the new La Quinta Inns and Suites in Stillwater has 77 spacious guest rooms and suites. All of our rooms are equipped with Microwaves and refrigerator, as well as irons and boards, and free high speed internet. The property also has an indoor pool and spa area, fitness center, and computer room. Two meeting room spaces are located on the property, a board room that comfortable seats 13, and a larger room accomadating 50.

If you are stuck in a college town during the "Dog Days of Summer" (something mothers who follow their baseball tourney playing kids know a lot about!) this is a great place to stay. Large room and amenities, free breakfast (imagine feeding dozens of teenage boys about to embark on a day's worth of baseball games) Great, friendly staff.... and they EVEN welcome pets! Conveniently located right off the main highway, 5 min from OSU and great college-town restaurants. Our family of 4 (5 if you count our Golden Retriever who went along on this trip) was very comfortable. « less

We stayed here because it was the top rated hotel in Stillwater on tripadvisor. The staff are excellent and very accommodating. While the property looked pretty newly built, the rooms looked more used. The paint on our door was chipped, the sheets were pilling, and the bathroom while adequately clean wasn't spotless. So... I really hope this is not the best hotel in Stillwater. We will try the Fairfield Inn next month. « less
