The room was very small but clean. Instead of having individual soaps and shampoo, there is a dispenser. There was a shower with doors instead of tub and the problem was that there was an inch of space where the doors wouldn't close. The breakfast was basic. They charge a safe fee which is so annoying! I never touched the safe, didn't care that it was there, and then I have to pay a fee for it!! If ever I know about that beforehand, I ask for a room without a safe and if they have none, they will usually waive the fee. There are not a lot of places to stay in Harrodsburg and this is not a bad deal. I did not like all the speed bumps in the lot though. « less

What you would expect for the price and location. My observations: bed was decent, soap dispenser in shower (first for me), fridge did not work (no biggie), dirty behind night stand and bed. I reserved online but when you do that it comes via fax from corporate to the location and nobody processed it. Luckily, they had plenty of rooms and the girl at the desk was friendly and helpful. If not, I would have gotten redneck with a quickness. « less

Two night stay. About what I expect for price and location. Which is to say, several amenities (breakfast, WiFi, fridge, microwave, etc.) but some wear around the edges (marks on the wall, minimum towels, slow bath drain). Nice plus+was the friendly, helpful staff. « less

We found the hotel to be very clean, very quiet, and very reasonably priced. We had two rooms. One room was a jacuzzi suite with a king bed, and the other was a double room with two queen beds. The rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator in them. The jacuzzi room was a good sized room with a pull-out sofa bed in it. The jacuzzi was very nice and huge. I especially liked the dispensers in the shower and at the vanity area loaded with soap, shampoo and conditioner and body lotions. Very nice staff that offered answers to all of our questions about Shaker Villiage and things to do locally. Also, the room rate included discounts at the restaurants closeby. We ate breakfast at the hotel...they had hot and cold cereal, muffins, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit and more. Then in the evening we ate at Eddie Montgomery Steakhouse and saved 10% off our bill and the next day we ate at Dairy Queen and saved 20% just by showing our room key. I would recommend this hotel to anyone...and I have already done so. « less

Good value. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator. Wi-Fi was reliable. We'd stay here again. And be sure to try the Mexican restaurant across the street, The Alamo. The food was excellent and freshly made. There's no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a first floor room. « less
