This was the perfect hotel for us. My family was coming in from different parts of the country for a graduation. My sister would arrive early morning, yet check in was not until 3pm. I was able to call and make arrangements for her to check-in early (this can only happen if the room is available). It was and she was able to rest in the room, instead a hard chair in the lobby til 3pm. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was right on...nice suites, double beds with a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. We had a nice free breakfast, happy hour (with first drinks free), an I-Hop and Dennys next door, shuttle from and to the airport (only about a 10 minute drive), prompt taxi service (my pick-up was at 5 A.M.) and also located right across the freeway from a large shopping mall. I felt very comfortable there. I really recommend this hotel to anyone. I will go back again. Oh, and the price was right! « less

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Fair price for what I received. Comfortable rooms, free internet, free breakfast, 2 free drinks every night, 2 rooms per suite so I had an office, a great lobby area and friendly staff. I don't usually get overly excited about being away from home but this place made my stay a whole lot more enjoyable. I would recommend for business or vacation, just an overall great place to stay and I will be back when I am in El Paso again. « less

We stayed at the El Paso Suites on Friday, April 26th. This hotel is a great find. As you walk into the courtyard area you are surrounded by the sound of a water fountain and plush green plants.The staff at the hotel was friendly and eager to help. Our suite had a separate Living Room area with with a refrigerator and microwave and bar area. Complimentary cocktails were served from 5-7. The cook to order breakfast the next morning was wonderful. After breakfast we took advantage of the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi area. Great place to go to relax. We will certainly be back. « less

We booked our one night stay at this hotel on Priceline and got it for a $50.00 bid. The hotel is older, but has been reasonably well updated. The front desk staff was excellent. The room is a real suite with a bedroom and separate living room. The furniture and bed were comfortable. The place is built around an open atrium and all the rooms face both the atrium and the outdoors. We were on the third floor and heard no noise from inside or out. Three minor quibbles: First the security door to the exterior that we used didn't seem to be locking - this is not a concern to me because El Paso is one of the safest cities in the U.S., but it might give pause especially to women traveling alone. Second, the room only had coffee pods to make a single cup of regular and decaf - there should have been at least two each. Finally, and this applies to many more hotels than this one - what is so difficult about providing a channel guide for the TV? The breakfast was cooked to order and given the price we paid for the room a real perk. All in all I rate the place excellent based on the staff, comfort, cleanliness and location - the quibbles for me as just that - quibbles. « less
