I was there for a "fun" convention with my daughter for a "talent" show and I noticed a typo on her resume - two of the staff members at the front desk (Michael and Ken) saved our butts. I did not have an electronic copy of the resume with me, so they printed out the fixed typo (matching the font style and size) - glued it over the typo, and copied if for me. Whew! what a rescue from the two of them. The restaurant staff were very friendly, and more than once, they were able to accommodate my "30 minutes-to-eat" time frame - excellent food in the restaurant. The gentleman working in the gift store also gave us exceptional service. Go, Toronto! « less

Got a great deal through Hotwire to stay at this Sheraton. Great location, great service, very nice rooms, awesome pool, jacuzzi & exercise room. The rooms were incredibly quiet. All of the rooms surrounding mine were occupied, and I didn't hear any voices/TV's etc. There's a Montana's Cookhouse right across the street, so dinner was an easy choice. Absolutely no complaints about this hotel « less

I visited this hotel on Thanksgiving weekend [2011 & 2012] for a Supernatural convention. The hotel is located in a good area near various restaurants.

I never had any issues with check-in or check-out. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is average - mid-size which made finding all of the conference rooms easy. « less

Our group was there for a conference. The hotel room was nothing special but fairly large and very clean. while early on I was thinking this was a 3/5, the whole experience of the place was pretty nice. It is conveniently laid out and the service is good. The location is very convenient to the airport and many restaurants, and the hotel restaurant is attractive and nice. I took the airport shuttle which was fast and on-time. As for the conference staff, they have it together, and while I didn't love the interior conference rooms without windows, they were exceptionally organized and true professionals. « less
