Everything about our trip to The Airport Hilton in Charlotte, NC was excellent. Ravin, Chetan and everyone in the front area was outstanding. I will be back, will recommend and will stay at Hilton properties again. The bed was super comfy, everything was so clean and the food was world class!

While checking in I asked the receptionist about where to get some bottled water and she immediately gave me some. She also let me know how to get out of the parking lot the next morning by using my room key to exit. Excellent!

Very impressed with Linda who received me as I checked in. She was bright, knowledgeable and had a warm and helpful approach to the process. She also had a very nice sense of humor. At dinner Heather was my server and she did an excellent job. She went out offer her way to provide we with the type of meal I could have on my restricted diet. She was awesome. Her warm smile put me at ease immediately. She was knowledgeable and very efficient at all times. It's people like Linda and Heather that give Hilton a good and trusted name.

Very quick stay for us, maybe 11 hours. Reginald helped me out with my Lyft and more. The bartender was gracious and understood what we had just gone through with Hurricane Helene. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Thank you!
