Been staying here for years, had previously been fine, but in last year or so, property has deteriorated. Recent 4th floor stay had us requesting a different room due to tub bottom looking grimey from dirty feet. Carpet had large plate size stains in several places. Room door would not close without manually having to adjust the handle into the correct position. When told another room was "ready" on 3rd floor, we were given a key to that room and went down with our luggage, only to find it was still not clean. Not a pleasant day.
The daily free breakfast is still the same, adequate with lots of carbs, pastries, yogurts... however, bring your own proteins.
Along another line however, they are close to the GWB library, and the free shuttle they offer is quick and better than trying to find parking there. « less

I needed a hotel near my Dr appt site and found this one, made a reservation and was very happy with my choice. Very clean, a super friendly staff, nice breakfast, fresh complimentary coffee all day. The rooms were very large, modern and everything worked properly. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area. « less

The staff and accommodations were great! Rooms were very clean and pleasant. The location was ideal for the purpose of my business. The grounds are attractive and clean. There is a pool and very nice patio areas. The breakfast of fresh fruit , waffles, cereal, bagels, boiled eggs, pastries, etc was an added value. The coffee was some of the best we ever had. « less
