We were pretty happy staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and only two blocks from the beach. The basket for the dog is a nice touch although we received a very small bowl, I guess they are more used to very small dogs coming to stay, but we travel a lot with our dog, so we had what we needed with us already. The shower had the best water pressure, the bed was very comfy, and the room air/heat system worked great. All in all, will stay here again when we come back to Seaside. « less

The beds in this Inn are soooo comfortable I had to ask what kind of mattress they had. I was told they were purchased at Costco. Guess where I am going to buy a new mattress. Customer service is over the top excellent. So friendly and helpful they make you feel as if they have known you for years and truely can not wait to see you again. Made great suggestions for restaurants. Pool is small as some have stated but I did not go there for the pool so did not care. Having the breakfast was great. It was well stocked and very good. We filled our tray and took it back to our room. Loved the warm cookies after 4 and the free popcorn later. We will be back again and again. « less

I had never been to a pet friendly hotel, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But upon our arrival we were treated like King's! My husband, two young daughters and out pooch were greeted personally by the hotel staff. Our room was clean and in nice condition. Our dog had treats and a bed ready. We even had treats waiting for us. The bed was soft and comfy. I never heard another animal all night long either! Also, it is right across from the convention center. Within walking distance from all of downtown! A+++ « less

What stood out for us was the staff - they were wonderful and so friendly. Particularly to Linda, the night manager, who out of her own pocket bought us soya milk as we are both dairy intolerant! The Hotel was exceptionally clean (thanks to the 2 ladies who looked after our room), the room was a good size and we generally found the facilities to be really good. Thanks for contributing to our memorable trip to the US. just sorry we only stayed 1 night! « less
