Located on 600 acres in the greater San Diego, Welk Resort offers 3 types of villa accomodations. Choose from one of five floor plan options among our one and two bedroom villa suites in the most complete resort setting. All villas include a living and dining area, kitchen, private bedroom and bathroom with a patio or balcony. Enjoy all the amenties we offer, which include 8 swimming pools (2 waterslides are included), children's splashpads, 2 golf courses, a live-broadway theatre, full-service spa, & restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Group reservations are always welcome and we do offer discounted rates.
Please note that most villas have steps to the door and elevator service is unavailable. Note: handicap and no-step villas are limited, if you require one of these units please contact the Reservations Department directly prior to making your reservation to confirm availability.
Reservation Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
You MUST present the Credit Card used to secure this reservation at check-in along with a valid Photo ID.
Full price of villa stay including tax is charged at time of booking
30-day cancellation policy; any cancellations or changes must be 31-days or greater to avoid penalty equal to the full stay.
Sorry, no pets allowed (ADA approved animals are allowed so long as certification is shown).
No skateboarding, roller blading, roller skating and riding of scooters are not permitted on the resort grounds at any time.
Special requests are subject to availability at time of arrival.
Depending upon dates of stay, some reservations may require a move to another villa. OPTIONAL- For daily housekeeping of villas, additional fees per day will apply.
