Shopping a little closer would have been great, but it was close to my meeting site and there was a free shuttle, so that was very helpful, especially during times of high traffic. Travel extensively and am a Diamond member. Expected more for the price and from the staff. Food at managers reception was great for children but not for business travelers after a long day. They were close to several local restaurants so that was good and do have a small area to buy dinner items for microwaves in your room. Selection however was very limited. If you are a HHonors member don't expect too much. I even had to pay for my own water. Room was fairly clean except for bathroom. Dust was visible. « less
